Where are your hats and patches made and shipped from?
We design and manufacturer many original patches, we also source from a network of vintage patch suppliers IN THE UNITED STATES. All hats are made-to-order in our Atlanta, Georgia studios.
How soon will my order ship?
We ship six-day-a-week, so your hat will be made and usually ships the next day (except Sundays); sometimes the same day if the order is placed early enough!
When will I get a tracking number?
A notification email with a tracking number is automatically sent when the shipping label is generated. You can also track your order by clicking on the order confirmation email or logging into the account you created when you ordered. It may take a day or two before updates begin to appear in their tracking system, especially for USPS (it may say that USPS is waiting on the item even though we've already dropped it off).
Should I ship via UPS or USPS?
We ship domestic and internationally with options from USPS and UPS. We highly recommend UPS, they're more reliable and worth a few dollars more.
How is my hat protected in shipping?
We take extra care to make sure your hat is pristine when it arrives.
- We use a protective cardboard insert in the crown.
- We then hermetically seal the trucker hat in plastic.
- Then we place the trucker hat in a perfectly sized and sturdy cardboard box.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return up to seven (7) days from the date of delivery as determined via tracking. Hats must be in new, unworn condition. To request a return, please email help@vintagetruckers.com. We do not provide return shipping labels, but we'll send you an address to return it to. Upon inspection, we'll confirm it's still unworn and process a refund.
